About London blue topaz
London blue is the deepest, most saturated shade in the blue topaz family, a moody, teal-tinged blue that's a world away from the pale sky and bright Swiss blue tones. Nearly all blue topaz starts life colourless and is treated to bring that blue out, which is standard across the trade and completely stable.
