An oval sparkles like a round brilliant, but its longer outline runs along the finger and tends to look larger than its carat weight. Underneath, a hidden halo shows only from the side, so from above the ring reads as a solitaire. Small round brilliants in fine claws run along the top of the band.

A note on lab grown diamonds
A lab grown diamond is a real diamond. It's chemically, optically and physically identical to a natural one. The only difference is how it formed: a natural diamond grew in the earth over billions of years, and a lab grown diamond takes a matter of weeks. Once they're cut and polished, only a gemmologist with specialised equipment can tell them apart.
