Oval Garnet & Diamond Ring | 9ct Yellow Gold

An oval garnet set east-west in a clean bezel, with a small bezel-set diamond either side, on a slim 9ct yellow gold band. A deep, warm red kept low and easy to wear.

About garnet
Garnet is not one stone but a whole family, and the classic deep red is the one most people picture, coloured by iron in the crystal. It's a stone with a long history, worn since ancient times and once carried by travellers as a talisman for safe passage. The name traces back to the Latin for pomegranate, after the deep red seeds it brings to mind.
