Why this ring works
The emerald cut is a quiet shape. Long straight facets, cropped corners, more shine than sparkle — it draws the eye in rather than throwing light around. Belle takes that centre and builds a frame around it: baguettes down each long side, a round brilliant at every corner, so several stones together read as one bigger emerald-cut outline. A 0.70ct centre ends up wearing larger than its weight.
The cuts are chosen to talk to each other. Baguettes are step-cut like the emerald, so their lines stay just as clean and calm. The round brilliants at the corners break that up with a little flash and soften the square. It's a 1920s way of building a ring, and it's the reason Belle feels designed rather than plain.
The centre grades well too: E colour, VVS2 clarity. That clarity counts for more on an emerald cut than almost any other, because the open step facets act like windows into the stone and a cleaner diamond has nowhere to hide. White gold finishes it off, cool and sharp against all that geometry.
