A round rhodolite garnet in a deep raspberry-purple, held in a bezel-and-claw setting on a plain bail in 9ct yellow gold. Berry-toned colour kept simple so the stone leads.

About rhodolite garnet
Rhodolite is one of the prettier members of the garnet family, and nothing like the dark red garnet most people have in mind. It's a natural blend of two garnet types, pyrope and almandine, and that mix is what pulls the colour toward raspberry and rose with a violet lean rather than plain red. The name comes from the Greek for rose stone.
