9ct Yellow & White Gold Peridot Double Halo Ring
A 3.10ct emerald cut natural peridot framed by a double halo of 88 round brilliant cut diamonds (0.50ct total), set in 9ct yellow and white gold with split diamond-set shoulders.

Why this ring works
The peridot is unmissable. At 3.10ct in an emerald cut, this is a substantial coloured gem, larger than the average centre stone and in a saturated, vivid lime-green that's instantly recognisable as peridot. The colour is part of what makes peridot one of the more honest gemstones: it doesn't pretend to be subtle. Where emeralds lean cool and forest-toned, peridot leans warm and slightly yellow-green, which is why it pairs so well with yellow gold.
The emerald cut has a step-cut faceting (parallel rows of long, mirror-like facets running down the stone) lets you see into the peridot rather than just off it. You get a clean view of the colour all the way through, with that signature "hall of mirrors" effect that emerald cuts are known for.
Most halo rings use one row of small diamonds. This one uses two rows. A tighter inner halo hugging the peridot, and a wider outer halo creating a second frame around it.
The two-tone metal choice (9ct yellow gold body, white gold halo and shoulder pavé) is doing two specific jobs. The yellow gold base warms and lifts the peridot's natural lime tones.
