SHIPPING POLICY

We offer free shipping on all orders over $99.00. 

All parcels are shipped through registered Australian post mail.

At this stage Paton's Place is shipping Australia wide and New Zealand only.

Items are typically sent within 2-4 business days after receipt of payment, unless otherwise stated. This may vary during busy periods however we always aim to get your item to you as soon as we can! From date of purchase, you should expect to receive your parcel within 5-10 business days Australia wide, 10-15 shipped to New Zealand. 

RETURNS POLICY

Here at Paton's Place we are confident that you will love our products. However we understand that under some circumstances you may want to exhange your purchase.

You are able to exchange all articles bought from the online Paton's Place shop within 14 days of receipt purchase.

Please send the articles through registered mail to the following address and keep the dispatch receipts for any potential queries.

Alternatively you may visit us in store at Paton's Place Jewellers Craigieburn, where we can exchange your purchase in-store. 

For articles to be exchanged, they must be returned to us with any tags attached, in their original packaging and original condition. All items must be returned brand new, unworn and unscratched. Any items that are not returned to us in the condition that they were sent out will not be exchanged. It will be at our discretion to determine whether the condition the item has come back in qualifies.

The item being returned remains your responsibility until it reaches us back at Paton's Place Jewellers. Paton's Place Jewellers is not liable for any loss or damage to products whilst in transit.

Once we have received your return, we will inform you via email. Exchanges are usually processed within 10 working days, although during busy periods this may vary. You can exchange for another item or store credit.

We pride ourselves on providing you with the best quality jewellery that lasts you a lifetime. In order to help you keep your stunning pieces retain their lustre, we have created a list of jewellery industry tips.

• Remove jewellery before entering any aquatic environment, while conducting cleaning tasks or while doing exercise.
• Thoroughly dry your jewellery with a soft cloth once it has been exposed to water.
• Do not expose your jewellery or watches to hot water.
• Only use jewellery cleaning solutions, when specified for the particular type of material (i.e. gold or diamond) and ensure that it is not corrosive.
• Makeup, Perfume and hairspray can damage your jewellery. Gently wipe your jewellery clean to remove skin oils and makeup.
• Make sure that your accessories are the last to be put on and the first thing to come off before getting undressed.
• Do not wear your jewellery to bed.
• Get your jewellery professionally cleaned and replated (white gold) every year.
• Keep all jewellery separate from one another. As pearls are porous, keep in a separate pouch.
